We are a service and software company that helps schools across the country offer daily lunches to their students and staff. We partner with restaurants within the school communities we serve. We are passionate about positively impacting the lives of families and school communities by providing a full-service lunch solution that saves time and money. As we expand, we seek a Chief Operating Officer who shares our values and vision to join our leadership team.

My Hot Lunchbox is a quick and easy lunch solution that offers a variety of delicious meals, delivered right to schools and camps. We give parents a break from the monotony of packing lunch for their kids daily by partnering with popular restaurants students already know and love!

What Will This Role Be Responsible For?
As a Partnership Development Representative you will be crucial in broadening our community of schools and vendors , ensuring partners reflect our mission and values. You will:
- Identify & Engage new vendors and schools who align with our organizational standards.
- Build relationships with potential vendors that foster loyalty and growth.
- Negotiate Terms to optimize cost, quality, and commitment to our service goals.
- Collaborate across departments to create impactful outreach and onboarding initiatives.
- Strategize & Adapt based on market trends, ensuring our partnerships stay competitive and beneficial.
- Build & Manage a dynamic database of potential relationships, capturing critical details on offerings, pricing, and terms to drive strategic partnerships and informed decisions.
- Drive Success by setting and achieving production targets that align with our growth objectives, ensuring consistent performance and impactful results.
- Streamline Onboarding in collaboration with the vendor relationship team, ensuring a smooth transition for new vendors and providing continuous support to foster strong, lasting partnerships.
Who is Qualified:
- Restaurant background preferred but not required
- Knowledge of prospecting and pipeline management. Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive, solution-focused approach in high-paced settings with excellent follow up and follow through skills.
- A strong sense of ownership. Our team must deliver for the organization to be successful.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and navigate complex conversations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
